Legal background
Registered with the Colegio Público de la Abogacía de la Capital Federal (CPACF), Volume 71, Folio 132, since 2000. More than 25 years of continuous practice in public and private law, spanning corporate law, investment advisory, immigration and civil litigation.
Public service
Before dedicating himself exclusively to advising investors, he served as Director of Analysis at Argentina’s Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF), responsible for suspicious transaction reports and the management of risk matrices for detecting money laundering and terrorist financing, and as Undersecretary of Security of the Buenos Aires City Government (2016–2023), overseeing security planning, police coordination, criminal investigation oversight and crime-mapping systems.
That public-sector experience informs the platform’s attention to background checks, due diligence and the institutional side of every application.
His role at CBI.Lawyer
He directs the platform’s editorial line: every program profile links to an official source, and published frameworks are kept separate from unconfirmed implementation. Argentine matters are handled by Falivene & Asociados; foreign-law matters are coordinated with appropriately qualified local professionals.
Independence
He acts exclusively for the client. He does not represent financial entities, investment platforms or fund managers — a policy that preserves professional independence, full loyalty to the client and freedom from conflicting interests. CBI.Lawyer has no government affiliation.
An interdisciplinary team
Falivene & Asociados works with a network of public accountants, financial consultants, valuers, notaries, certified public translators and technical specialists. For investment migration, that means source-of-funds evidence, reconstruction of asset movements and properly translated documentation.
Multilingual practice
The firm works across eight languages with a layered approach: professional interpreters for in-person meetings, certified public translators for official documents and AI-assisted communication for email and messaging. Chinese-speaking clients are served via WeChat (AFLAWYER) or by video call, arranged in advance.
